Green Pea-Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Frozen green peas 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped spinach 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh Or Thawed, Frozen)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Non fat chicken broth 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Nonfat buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine green peas, onion, chicken broth, basil, and spinach in a saucepan.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until the onion is tender.
Transfer the green pea-spinach mixture to a blender or food processor and puree.
Return pureed mixture to saucepan.
Add buttermilk.
Heat for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
