Peach Melba Soup
|Water||50 Milliliter (0.25 Cup)|
|Granulated sugar||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Sliced peeled peaches||1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)|
|Light cream||375 Milliliter (1.5 Cups)|
|White wine/White grape juice||125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Pint|
|Raspberry sauce||1 Tablespoon|
In small saucepan, stir water and sugar over low heat until sugar has dissolved.
In blender or food processor, combine peaches and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the cream puree until smooth.
Pour into large bowl; whisk in remaining cream, cooled sugar syrup and wine.
Pour into serving bowls.
Top with scoop of ice cream; drizzle with Raspberry Sauce
