  Canned chili 10 1⁄2 Ounce (Without Beans)
  Water 120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Corn chips 50 Gram
Directions

Heat all ingredients except corn chips to boiling.
Garnish soup with corn chips.
