Ingredients
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut
  Soy milk 1 Quart
  Green pepper 1 , cut
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Avocado 1 , peeled and pitted
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Chill.
