Bone Densi Tea Soup

This bone density soup or “bone densi-tea soup” is a combination of Jeff’s elixir skills and Annmarie’s soup making prowess. Check it out… (promise I won’t talk over anyone :-) )
Ingredients
  Spring water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Nettle leaf 1⁄3 Ounce
  Oatstraw 1⁄3 Ounce
  Horsetail 1⁄3 Ounce
  Tea 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kale leaf 6
  Avocado 1⁄2 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fennel 3 Inch
  Garlic 2
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Celery stalks 3 Large
  Sea salt To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
Directions

For the Tea:
Combine all ingredients in pot. Heat to 145-150 for 20 min, let steep for an hour. Drain out leaves.

For Soup:
Combine all ingredients in blender, except a small handful of onions, celery, sea salt and cayenne. Blend until smooth. Add in others and briefly chopping for some chunkiness.

can you guys just cut all the small talk out. it is a cooking video not a social networking. keep it professional and quick. i couldn't even finish watching the video. i will just look for written recipes next time. thank you for the recipe though. recipe would be a 4 but video is a 1 star
