Hot Tomato Soup
|Rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, quartered|
|Chopped fresh tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot red pepper||3|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
Put ingredients into cooker in order listed (except parsley).
Close cover on cooker and put pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 1 minute.
Remove cooker from heat and allow to cool naturally.
Serve in soup bowls, garnished with parsley.
