|Fresh pumpkin||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Chicken broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Put pumpkin and chicken broth into cooker.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 5 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Open cooker and return to low heat.
Add the rest of ingredients in order given.
Simmer soup until hot; do not boil.
Serve soup at once.
