|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted (Margarine)|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Processed american cheese||3⁄4 Pound, cubed|
Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt, drain well.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a medium saucepan.
Add broccoli and remaining ingredients to saucepan, cook over medium heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
