Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Stock 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Raw spinach 2 Pound, stemmed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy flour 1 Teaspoon
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Pinch
Directions

Bring stock to boil in large pot.
Remove from heat.
Add spinach and cover.
When cool, pour into blender with remaining ingredients.
Gradually blend until smooth.
Chill.
Garnish each serving with dab of yoghurt.
