Beef And Cabbage Soup
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Shredded cabbage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Potatoes||4 Small, diced|
|Carrot||1 , diced|
|Parsnip||1 , diced|
|Onion||1 Medium, coarsely chopped|
|Fresh ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Beef broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Melt shortening in cooker; brown ground beef thoroughly.
Add the rest of the ingredients in order given.
Close cover and set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 15 minutes.
Allow pressure to drop of its own accord.
