Ingredients
  Stock 1 Quart
  Soy flour 1 Teaspoon
  Water cress 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Chill.
Garnish with nasturtium blossoms
