Fruit Soup

Ingredients
  Prunes 1⁄4 Pound, pitted
  Currants 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
  Water 1 Quart
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tapioca 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine prunes, currants, apples, and water in cooker.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 5 minutes.
Allow cooker to cool normally for 5 minutes, then reduce pressure under running water.
Add cooked rice and tapioca to mixture; cook until clear.
Add sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice; cook for 2 minutes more, stirring gently.
Serve soup either hot or cold.
