Potato And Cucumber Soup
|Potatoes||6 Medium, diced|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, diced|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk or cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Put potatoes, cucumber onion, salt, pep per, and dillweed into cooker.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 5 minutes.
Cool cooker at once.
Return open cooker to a low flame.
Stir in the milk gradually, allowing all to blend and heat.
Serve in tureen or individual soup bowls.
