Three-Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Medium, cubed
  Green onions 2 , sliced
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned evaporated milk 12 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine potatoes, 2 green onions, celery, water, and salt in a saucepan.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. (Do not drain.)
Mash vegetables slightly.
Stir in milk, butter, parsley, and, if desired, pepper, heat.
Garnish with green onions, if desired.
