|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine onions, mushrooms, and butter in a 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
Stir in flour, bouillon granules, and pepper.
Gradually stir in water and milk.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened.
