Raw Coconut Soup

You guys are in for a raw food treat today… Annmarie found the best raw food soup recipe on the planet the other day! :-) Today, you get to learn how to make it. Take a watch…
Ingredients
  Thai coconut meat and water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Date 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Small
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Curry 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Tomato 1
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1
Directions

Blend all ingredients together, except for the toppings. Poor in to bowl and a a few diced tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro. Can also drizzle olive oil around as well. (Real one!)
