Cucumber And Avocado Summer Soup

This special soup is awesome for the summertime when it’s hot, humid and all you want to do is stay inside in the AC (we don’t use ours, but sometimes I wish we did!) Check it out…
  Cucumber 1
  Granny smith apple 1
  Avocado 1
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Herb tea 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mint 1 Teaspoon

Put apple, cucumber, lime juice, avocado, salt and cayenne pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add herb tea and mint leaves to the blender. Blend again. Pour in a bowl. Garnish with a mint sprig.
