Cabbage 'N' Potato Soup
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded green cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sliced carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato puree||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant beef broth and seasoning mix||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
In 2-quart saucepan heat oil; add cabbage, onions, and garlic and saute over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cabbage is soft, about 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients; cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
Remove and discard bay leaf and clove before serving.
