Ingredients
  Bone stock 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped pork 4 Ounce
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Scallions 2
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Bring the stock to the boil and add the salt.
Mix the cornflour (cornstarch) and water to a smooth paste, add the pork and mix well.
Separate and add to the soup; simmer for 5 minutes.
Wash the watercress; wash and chop the spring onions (scallions); add to the stock with the remaining ingredients.
Simmer for another 5 minutes.
