The Abalone And Green Pea Soup is a delicious fusion of seafod and pork. I prepared this exotic Chinese dish for a party at home and every one loved it. Try this Abalone And Green Pea Soup and you will understand what I am talking about.
Ingredients
  Dried mushrooms 4
  Pork stock 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Lean pork 4 Ounce
  Green peas/4 oz frozen peas, defrosted 1⁄2 Pound
  Abalone 5 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice the mushrooms and soak in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Bring the stock to the boil.
Shred the pork and add to the stock, simmering for 5 minutes.
Add the peas and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain the abalone, keeping the juice, and cut into small pieces; add to the stock with the juice and soy sauce.
Stir and serve.
