Abalone And Green Pea Soup
|Pork stock||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Lean pork||4 Ounce|
|Green peas/4 oz frozen peas, defrosted||1⁄2 Pound|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Slice the mushrooms and soak in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Bring the stock to the boil.
Shred the pork and add to the stock, simmering for 5 minutes.
Add the peas and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain the abalone, keeping the juice, and cut into small pieces; add to the stock with the juice and soy sauce.
Stir and serve.
