Chicken Egg Drop Soup

|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||8 Ounce|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced scallion||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Empty packet of broth mix into small saucepan; add water and stir to combine.
Add scallion and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in egg and, if desired, soy sauce; serve immediately.
