Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 4 Tablespoon
  Green onions and green tops 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Celery stalks 3
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Whole wheat flour 4 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Seasoned pepper To Taste
  Tamari soy sauce To Taste
  Milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Heat a large saucepan or dutch oven.
Add the oil, onions, celery, and mushrooms and saute until barely tender.
Stir in the flour.
Gradually add the seasonings and milk, stirring constantly.
Simmer until slightly thickened.
