|Unrefined oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Green onions and green tops||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Whole wheat flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Seasoned pepper||To Taste|
|Tamari soy sauce||To Taste|
|Milk||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
Heat a large saucepan or dutch oven.
Add the oil, onions, celery, and mushrooms and saute until barely tender.
Stir in the flour.
Gradually add the seasonings and milk, stirring constantly.
Simmer until slightly thickened.
