Tomato Garlic Soup And Soy Steamer Part Two - Making Of The Soup

How to Cook... An Adventure in Aliamentation Episode 01, Part 1/2. Learn how to make a delicious vegan tomato garlic soup. Perfect for those cold rainy days or if a friend is feeling sick! You can also watch me try to make a soymilk steamer (and make a colossal mess!)
Ingredients
  Garlic head 1 1⁄2
  Canola oil 1 Teaspoon
  Celery stalks 6
  Tomato juice 1 Can (10 oz)
  Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegan soya cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the garlic till they get brown. Add the tomato juice to the pot. Crumble the noodles and add to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt,ginger powder, thymes, soya sauce and sugar. Add the celeries just before removing from heat.

Soy Steamer:
Boil the milk. Add the vanilla. Fill 2/3rd of a cup with the milk. Garnish with whipped cream.
