|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce/Other hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In a large saucepan, cook onion in oil over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add chicken, broth, stewed tomatoes, lima beans, okra, rice, and thyme. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, partially covered, until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
2. Season with Worcestershire and Tabasco.
