Non Dairy Cream Of Vegetable Soup

  Unrefined oil 2 Tablespoon
  Rice flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Use 0.5 Teaspoon Of Sea Salt If You Don't Wish To Add Tamari)
  Unrefined oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Celery stalks/1 cup chopped mushrooms / vegetables of your choice 3 , sliced
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon

Heat a large saucepan.
Add the oil and rice flour and saute.
Cool and add the water and the salt and simmer for 30 minutes.
Heat a small skillet.
Add the oil, onions, and celery and saute.
Add them to the soup.
Simmer for 15 more minutes.
Add the tamari if desired, and simmer 5 minutes more.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
