|Canned clear chicken bouillon||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Dash|
Heat bouillon and add soy sauce and lemon juice, according to taste.
Season to taste with monosodium glutamate.
Heat to boiling.
Add diced cucumber and simmer 4 or 5 minutes.
Lift out cucumbers and divide among 6 soup bowls.
Poach eggs in the hot bouillon.
When done, lift an egg into each soup bowl.Ladle bouillon into bowls, and serve hot.
