Ingredients
  Brown stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread slice 3
  Grated cheese 100 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the stock to boil.
When it starts boiling, add the bread slices, salt, pepper and three-quarters of the cheese.
Boil on a slow flame for 20 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkling the balance cheese.
