Sausage-Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Fully cooked smoked kielbasa 1 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Uncooked regular rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned whole tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained
  Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red kidney beans 20 Ounce, drained
Directions

Cook and stir kielbasa and onion in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat until onion is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
Break up tomatoes with fork.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in beans.
Heat, stirring occasionally, just until beans are hot, about 5 minutes.
