|Fully cooked smoked kielbasa||1 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch slices|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Uncooked regular rice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned whole tomatoes||28 Ounce, undrained|
|Condensed beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Red kidney beans||20 Ounce, drained|
Cook and stir kielbasa and onion in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat until onion is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
Break up tomatoes with fork.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in beans.
Heat, stirring occasionally, just until beans are hot, about 5 minutes.
