Potage Parmentier (A Soup From France)

|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Toast slice/Bread sticks||2|
Boil and mash the potatoes Add peas and the beans cut small.
Add water and let them cook for 30 minutes.
5 Minutes before serving, add a handful of chopped spinach and the butter.
Take off the fire and add the yolks of eggs beaten well with cream.
Grated cheese may be added.
Serve with toasts or bread sticks.
