Velvet Chicken And Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 150 Gram
  Button mushrooms 60 Gram
  Egg white 1
  Corn flour 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Spring onion 2
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut the chicken into matchstick pieces.
Put the egg white and cornflour in a bowl.
Add the chicken and toss until evenly coated.
Bring the stock to a boil.
Add the chicken and remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 mins.
Serve hot.
