Hot And Sour Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken stock/5 chicken cubes with 5 cups water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Carrots 50 Gram
  Spring onion 1
  Capsicum 1
  Chicken pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Corn flour 3 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat 5 cups chicken stock.
Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper powder, chopped vegetables, chicken pieces, sugar, soya sauce and vinegar.
Boil for 5 mins.
Mix 3 TSP sp.
cornflour with 1 cup of water and add to the soup.
Stir frequently.
Lastly add 1 beaten egg.
Stir and remove from fire.
FOR CHILLY OIL :- Heat 1/4 cup oil and add 1/2 Tsp.
chilly powder to it.
Serve hot.
with chilli oil.
