Tamatar Ka Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Carrots 2
  Onion 1 Large
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Cheese straws 6
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, melt butter and roast corn flour light brown on low heat.
2)Add water and stir and then add next 4 ingredients. Mix well.
3)Let it simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat or until tomatoes are soft and tender.
4)Turn off heat and strain the mixture through a sieve.

SERVING
5)Take 4 soup bowls and pour the soup and top with heavy cream, black pepper and cheese straws. Serve hot.
