|Minced mutton/Chicken||200 Gram|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Fry onions and capsicum in oil.
Add minced mutton/chicken until brown.
Add tomato juice, carrots, potatoes and salt.
Cover and bring to boil.
Add enough pepper.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins.
Make a thin paste of flour and milk and add to the hot soup.
Add remaining milk and serve.
This soup can be a meal in itself, when served with chappatis or bread accompanied by green salad.
