Vegetable Marrow Soup
|Peeled deseeded vegetable marrow||250 Gram|
|Vegetable stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped coriander||1 Teaspoon|
Cut marrow in-cubes.
Put in a pan with the stock, herbs & onion and cook for 10 min.
Take out the herbs & liquidise the soup.
Return to the pan and add milk and butter.
Season to taste.
Bring to a boil and serve with toast cut into small pieces & fried in butter or bacon fat.
