Onion & Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 50 Gram
  Chopped onion 1
  Bay leaves 5
  Cinnamon sticks 2
  Peppercorns 10
  Cauliflower 50 Gram
  Mushrooms 10
  Corn flour 15 Gram
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Nutmeg powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat the butter and fry the onions for 1 minute.
Add the bay leaves, cinnamon & peppercorns and fry again for a minute.
Add the cauliflower & mushroom and fry again.
Add cornflour and allow it to mix.
Now add the milk & 3 cups of water.
Finally add nutmeg powder, salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes on a slow fire.
Remove herbs & liquidise the soup Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
