Ingredients
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter
  Onion 1 Medium
  Fresh tomatoes 125 Milliliter
  Clam juice 375 Milliliter
  Fish fillets 250 Gram
  Dry white wine 500 Milliliter
  Long grain rice 60 Milliliter
  Curry powder 1 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Place the olive oil in an 8-cup (2 L) microwave-safe bowl, microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
Add the onion and the tomatoes.
Mix well.
Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Stir and microwave 8 to 12 minutes at HIGH.
Salt to taste.
