Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Sweet potato 2
  Garlic pieces 7 , chopped
  Pepper powder 3 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped length wise
  Ghee 3 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Coconut milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1.Boil the Sweet potato in water till it becomes just soft enough to be mashed easily.

2.Let the steam from the sweet potato cool off.Meanwhile,pour the ghee in a pan.Fry the finely chopped onion pieces till golden brown.Then add the garlic and fry.keep this aside.

3.Peel and mash the potato,add water and coconut milk till it becomes a semi fluid.

4.Add the fried onions and garlic.Then add pepper and salt as needed.Bring this mixture to a boiling state.Turn off and serve hot.
