Cold Dill Soup

Ingredients
  Half and half 1 Pint
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce
  Cucumbers 2
  Minced dill weed/1 tablespoon dried whole dill weed 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sliced cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dill weed 1
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring well; chill thoroughly.
Stir well; garnish with sliced cucumber and dill sprigs, if desired.
