Lima Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter
  Onions 50 , chopped
  Celery 30 Gram, chopped
  Lima beans 100 Gram
  Tomatoes 30 Gram, chopped
  Vegetable stock 500 Milliliter
  Corn starch 40 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1.heat the oil & saute onion & celery until onion turns transparent.
2.add Lima beans & chopped tomatoes in that.before adding Lima beans cook it in
boiling water.
3.add vegetable stock & simmer the soup for a while.
4. dissolve corn starch in a little water & add it to the soup to thicken it.
5.add seasoning & serve hot
