Curried Potato Soup
|Onion||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Cook onion with curry powder in butter in large saucepan until tender.
Add potatoes, 2 cups boiling water and salt; cook until potatoes are tender.
Mash potatoes;add milk.
