Woodstock Fruit Soup

Ingredients
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Avocado 1⁄2 Medium
  Sage 1 Small
  Mint leaves 1
  Scallion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, blend orange juice, avocado, sage and mint leaves and scallions.
2. When blended well, pour it into a bowl.
3. Add chopped pineapple and cucumber.

SERVING
4. Garnish with chopped cucumber and tomatoes. Serve it chilled.
