Ingredients
  Peaches 2
  Plain yogurt 250 Milliliter
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 25 Milliliter
  Honey 15 Milliliter
  Fresh mint leaves 4
Directions

In blender or food processor, process peaches, yogurt, orange juice concentrate, and honey (if using) until smooth.
Garnish each serving with mint and serve immediately.
Makes 4 appetizers.
