Jeff loves to combine sweet and spicy ingredients to create magical flavors. He does just that by blending succulent mangoes and sambal oelek to concoct a refreshing chilled mango soup. Say goodbye to those hot summer days and hello to a "cool" experience.
1 Large, skinned and chopped
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Water boiled with ginger)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unsweetened)
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
1 Teaspoon, chop
1 Medium (For garnish)
1. In a blender, add the haden mango, ginger water, coconut milk and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and blend well.
2. Add mint and pepper and mix well.
3. Put the mix into the refrigerator and chill for an hour.
4. Garnish with sour cream, chili sauce, lime juice and mint sprig and serve chilled.
