Best Chilled Mango Soup

Jeff loves to combine sweet and spicy ingredients to create magical flavors. He does just that by blending succulent mangoes and sambal oelek to concoct a refreshing chilled mango soup. Say goodbye to those hot summer days and hello to a "cool" experience.
Ingredients
  Mango 1 Large, skinned and chopped
  Ginger water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Water boiled with ginger)
  Coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unsweetened)
  Chili sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Sour cream 1 Teaspoon
  Mint 1 Teaspoon, chop
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mint sprig 1 Medium (For garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add the haden mango, ginger water, coconut milk and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and blend well.
2. Add mint and pepper and mix well.
3. Put the mix into the refrigerator and chill for an hour.

SERVING
4. Garnish with sour cream, chili sauce, lime juice and mint sprig and serve chilled.
