Better Than Ramen Quick Soup

Delicious healthy soup that's healthier and tastier than Ramen, perfect for college students, can be beef, chicken, or vegan
Ingredients
  Beef broth 250 Gram
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 2 , thinly sliced
  Bak choy 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Fresh cilantro leaves 20 Gram, finely chopped
  Ginger 20 Gram, freshly grated
  Fresh basil leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Himalayan salt To Taste
  Egg 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a sauce pan on medium high heat, pour the beef broth and add onions, bak choy, ginger and soy sauce .
2. Season with Himalayan salt,give it a good stir and let the contents boil for 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile whisk an egg and pour the whisked egg into the soup.

SERVING
4. Serve hot with some french bread if you like and garnish with Basil and Cilantro leaves.
