Delicious healthy soup that's healthier and tastier than Ramen, perfect for college students, can be beef, chicken, or vegan
2 , thinly sliced
1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
Fresh cilantro leaves

Fresh basil leaves
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
1. In a sauce pan on medium high heat, pour the beef broth and add onions, bak choy, ginger and soy sauce .
2. Season with Himalayan salt,give it a good stir and let the contents boil for 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile whisk an egg and pour the whisked egg into the soup.
4. Serve hot with some french bread if you like and garnish with Basil and Cilantro leaves.
