2. In a deep pan, melt butter, add onion and garlic, saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add the tomato puree, thyme, rosemary and chicken broth, cook on low heat for 60 minutes.
4. Add cream, using stick blender, blend the prepared mixture. Add salt and pepper.
