Spinach Soup

Healthy spinach soup which everyone will surely enjoy!
Ingredients
  Green onion stalks 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Red bell pepper 1⁄3 , cut
  Avocado 1
  Cucumber 2 Large
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garam masala powder/Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar pour in water and lemon juice, followed by garlic, green onions and red bell pepper.
2. Blend for a few minutes. Add in the cucumbers make a puree.
3. Stir in the spinach and avocados, blend again.
4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and garam masala, blend well.

SERVING
5. Pour in the soup in a bowl and serve.
