Cold and Flu Super Soup

This soup will guarantee to keep those cold bugs at bay and if you've already got the flu then this soup will burst those bugs to pieces.
Ingredients
  Water 3 Pint
  Onion 3 Large, chopped finely
  Carrot 4 Medium, chopped finely
  Leaks 2 Large, chopped finely
  Dried sage 2 Teaspoon
  Grated ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable broth cubes 2 Medium
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Echinacea extract 15 Drop
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop all the vegetables finely.

MAKING
2. In a stock pot, heat 3 pints of water.
3. Drop the onions and the carrots.
4. Add the chopped leeks.
5. Drop the dried sage, ginger and the vegetable broth cubes.
6. Add the garlic paste.
7. Season with sea salt.
8. Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
9. Use a hand blender, and blend the vegetables well.
10.Add the echinacea drops.

SERVING
10.Serve piping hot.
