Ingredients
  Jasmine rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Leftover chicken meat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Separate the meat and the bones from the leftover chicken.

MAKING
2.Boil the chicken meat with water.
3.Add salt and pepper.
4.Cover it and let it simmer on medium flame.
5.Cook rice in the microwave for about 10 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve hot with boiled vegetables and rice.

TIP
Try to separate more of dark meat as it has more flavor.
