Ingredients
  Canned mackerel 1
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Turn mackerel into 2-quart saucepan; break into chunks with fork.
Add water, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Place over medium heat; cook to serving temperature, stirring frequently.
