Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 , peeled and diced
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled, diced
  Garlic cloves 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Chicken broth 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat oil and sweat onions until translucent.
2) Add garlic and cook for few minutes.
3) Add potatoes and the broth. Let it cook until potatoes are soft.
4) Using a hand blender, mash the potatoes into a smooth paste.
5) Adjust seasoning.

SERVING
6) Serve the soup immediately.
